What helps
The case code and roughly when it happened, if it is about one case. The name of the instrument, if a report did not import cleanly — along with how the score table is laid out, which is usually the whole answer. Never send the report itself: it carries a name and a date of birth, and this is not a channel for either.
A report that would not import
Worth sending, because most of these are a fixable gap rather than a failure — an instrument missing from the catalog, or a vendor export laid out in a way the parser has not seen. Tell us which instrument and which platform produced it, and paste a few anonymizedrows if you can: the measure names and the column headings matter, the numbers do not.
A compliance review
Send the questionnaire. Detailed answers about the schema, what is retained, how one practice is kept from another, and the export format are the easy part — the system was built so that they would be. There is a plain-language account on the security page to start from.
Something that looks like a security problem
Write to the same address with “security” in the subject and it gets looked at before anything else. Please describe what you found rather than demonstrating it against somebody else’s practice.
Canceling
You do not need to ask. Export everything from the Practice page, then close the practice from the same place — it deletes the people, every case, every score and the log. Nothing is held back and nobody has to be persuaded.
